OUR TEAM

VICTORIA NELSON
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Ms. Nelson obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado before starting her career as a social worker in Arizona. After practicing several years, Victoria decided she wanted to pursue her juris doctor and continue her advocacy on the legal side of things. She received her juris doctor from California Western School of Law in 2018, completing the program in just two years. As President of the law school's American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) chapter, Victoria focused her efforts in law school on civil and constitutional rights.

Victoria now specializes in civil litigation, most recently focusing on business and employment law litigation. From her experience in both social work and the legal field, she understands that legal issues most often involve sensitive and personal matters and she is adept at advocating for her clients’ interests in and out of the courtroom.

Blumberg Law Group is proud to add Victoria to our legal team.
