Peter Zahn

Mr. Zahn has worked in numerous legal and business capacities, everything from a sole practitioner to an attorney at a 400 lawyer Wall Street firm. In addition, Mr. Zahn brings a wealth of business experience to his legal practice.

Following a position of “indentured service” with a Wall Street law firm, he served as CEO for three companies, including a sizable global technology business. In addition, he has held executive and Board of Director positions with companies located in the USA, Germany, Japan, Korea and Brazil.

Mr. Zahn has considerable experience with start-up companies, both as co-founder and legal advisor. He co-founded technology companies in San Diego, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. In addition, he has assisted entrepreneurs in forming and acquiring companies in a variety of industries.

Mr. Zahn received his J.D. Degree from Catholic University of Law and his undergraduate degree from George Washington University. He is a member of the Bar of California, New York, and New Jersey, as well as the American and San Diego County Bar Associations. Additionally, he is past Chairman of the San Diego Council of the American Electronics Association (AEA, now known as TechAmerica), and a member of the AEA’s National Board of Directors, where he served on their Small Business Committee.

Having worked with several environmentally sustainable clients, Mr. Zahn co-founded the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce, where he presently serves as Chairman. He also sits on the Clinton Global Initiative’s Green Mobility Action Network committee. Mr. Zahn was honored to receive an award for Special Achievement in Sustainability from the City of Solana Beach, California in March 2011.

Mr. Zahn also serves on the Solana Beach City Counsel, and the Justin Zahn Foundation for Pediatric Cancer Research.
